Ryan did our kitchen remodel at our home in July and did a great job. He competed the job on budget and as promised. It was a pleasure to work with him and his crew, Edgar was great! I would do work with Jantz Construction again.
Jantz remodeled a bathroom for me last year. They addressed my concerns and were able to deliver a good product. During the job, we encountered unforeseen construction problems/delays and we were able to able to resolve them. They kept to the budget of their estimate.
Ryan is the consummate professional. He embodies honesty and quality, consistently exceeding our expectations in every way. Both himself and his subcontractors are clean, courteous and polite. My wife felt very comfortable being home alone with them in our house (we have four daughters as well who adored the whole crew). He has done numerous projects for us: two full bathroom remodels, a family room addition and an additional bedroom add-on. We have known Ryan and used his company over the course of 8 years. Look no further, he is the best!!!
We hired Ryan after interviewing and getting quotes from 9 different contractors. We already had a great architect with plans completely done, and permits pulled. After meeting with him a couple times, we decided to got with Jantz because we were comfortable with him and his foreman. Our biggest concern, like most people, was our budget, and making sure we didn't go over. In my opinion, you won't find a more budget oriented contractor than Ryan. From structural cost (concrete, wood, etc), to the finishes (tile, flooring, bathroom, etc), Ryan always consulted with us. Like most, we wanted to most expensive materials, and Ryan would stop us, give us expamples of exactly what we wanted, but at a much lower price. Additionally, he made some suggestions to modify the plans and critical times, suggestions that made more sense and a better use of space. It is one thing to read and follow the plans, but he has vision beyond the plans that actually make sense. In the end, we were at, or a tad under budget, and finished ahead of schedule. Ryan uses a cost plus system, that scared us at first. But if you use a set price contract, and the contractor finds material at a lower cost, that contractor keeps the savings. Ryan however, charges you what it actually cost, and passes the savings to you. Do your due diligence, get a bunch of quotes, along with Jantz's, read the fine print, and I am confident you will go with Ryan. I highly recommend this company.
